OVERVIEW:
a sambal With Shrimp taste.
INGREDIENTS:
25 red Chillies or Lomboks (approx. 6 - 9 cm. long).
3 teaspoons Salt.
2 teaspoon ground Trassi (see Ingredients page)
PREPARATION:
Combine sambal Ulek add Trassi at the same time as Salt.
Keeps in fridge upto 2 months.
